Greenwood and Mount Olivet Cemeteries are owned and managed by Mount Olivet Cemetery Association, a non-profit corporation. No one has proprietary interest in the organization.

The funeral homes and flower shops of Greenwood, Mount Olivet and Arlington are owned by Greenwood-Mount Olivet Company, a profit corporation, wholly owned by Mount Olivet Cemetery Association.

After federal income taxes are paid on the earnings of this company, all the net earnings of the funeral homes, flower shops and cemeteries are used exclusively for the care and maintenance of the cemeteries.
